Founders Day

Wednesday, March 29 was Founders Day.  The council celebrated by having a Mass said for all the deceased members of our council.  The names of our deceased brothers were read during the Prayers of the Faithful…A reception was held immediately following Mass and widow of our deceased brothers received a V.I.P. Card, allowing them Free Admittance to council events e.g. dinners, dances, etc.

Gaelic and Garlic Dinner Dance

A great time was had by all….the food ( Corned Beef & Cabbage for the Irish and Baked Ziti for the Italian) was great and complimented by Italian Wedding Soup, Potato Soup and Irish Bread Pudding.  Not to mention the song stylings of our favorite Irishman Bobby Kelley.  It was the first time we combined efforts with the Knights form Fr.
